CNN’s Cuomo tests positive for Coronavirus

CNN anchor Chris Cuomo said Tuesday that he has been diagnosed with Covid-19.

Cuomo who is a brother to the New York governor said in his twitter account that he  had been exposed to people in recent days who have subsequently tested positive and that he had fevers, chills and shortness of breath. He also promised to remain in isolation and present his news from the basement of his New York home.

Speaking about the news his brother New York’s governor Andrew Cuomo said “This virus is the great equalizer,” and added that his brother, Chris, is positive for Coronavirus.

The governor called Chris “my best friend” and added a little bit of the good-natured ribbing they’re known for: “He’s young; in good shape; strong -— not as strong as he thinks, but — he’ll be fine.” Via public reports.
